Louis Rafetto, DMD
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Lou Rafetto is a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon and Past-President of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons & President of the Delaware Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Rafetto completed his oral & maxillofacial surgery training at the Medical Center of Delaware and maintains a private practice in Wilmington, Delaware. He has served in a variety of leadership positions on both the state and national levels. Dr Rafetto has authored several chapters for textbooks and articles published in national and international journals. He is also a reviewer for the Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and for the Oral Medicine/Oral Surgery/Oral Pathology Journal.
Andrea Fonner, DDS
Board-Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist Dr. Andrea Fonner is a board-certified dentist anesthesiologist, Diplomate and Past-President of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology, and Co-Founder and President of Sedation Academy. She completed her dental anesthesiology residency at UCLA and maintains a private mobile anesthesia practice in the Seattle area, where she practices alongside two other dentist anesthesiologists. She serves as an Attending in Dental Anesthesiology at both the NYU Langone and UNLV dental anesthesiology residency programs, contributed to the 2025 ADA Guidelines for the Use of Sedation and General Anesthesia by Dentists, and is a contributing author for two major anesthesia textbooks. A passionate educator and patient safety advocate, she brings extensive clinical experience and practical insight to everything she teaches.
